What is the difference between private classes and small group classes?

Private classes are designated for a specific number of individuals that wish to take a class together. Private classes can be held at your choice of location or at Caromi Rural Fire Station at 554 College Park Road, Ladson SC by Live Love Load (with time to plan ahead) according to scheduling availability.

Girlfriend Gun Parties are designed to be private but Live Love Load may host a few during the month open to the community to join. Private classes & private Girlfriend Gun Parties will be scheduled at the preference of the host and scheduling availability.

Small group classes will have a mix of participants. Class size will depend on the content, most shooting classes will stay below 6 students per class. Small group classes are scheduled on our events page and on each class page. Just pick a date to attend!

I would like to take a class, how do I enroll?

Under each page for the classes there is a contact form to fill out. This will give Live Love Load the necessary information to enroll you in the class once your payment is received.

How do I pay for a class?

Your enrollment in a class or securing a date for private instruction is not considered scheduled until full payment is rendered. After filling out an enrollment form, Live Love Load will send you an invoice to be paid in full within 7 days. If you are unable to pay via online, a cashier’s check or money order can be mailed to P.O. BOX 3551, Summerville SC 29484.

I cannot make the class, can I get a refund?

There are no refunds for class fees. If you are unable to attend a small group class that you signed up for, you may attend the next scheduled class. If you miss both classes, you have forfeited your seat. We will work with you as much as possible but your seat is reserved for you and kept from others willing to be in your seat when you don’t show. The 2nd class policy is for emergency situations only.

Can I bring my firearm to class?

No firearms or ammunition are allowed in the classroom at any time unless you receive express permission from the instructor. Leave all firearms and ammunition in your vehicle when you arrive at the classroom facility.

I love to take pictures, can I have my cell phone in class?

Cell phones are a distraction. Everyone in your class is present to learn, please turn off your cell phones while class is in session. You may check your phone during breaks and take pictures at the range but otherwise, please be courteous to the instructor and your fellow classmates. All Recording & photos during class instruction is strictly forbidden. Be considerate of others privacy when taking photos.

I get hungry after about four hours, do we need to bring a lunch?

Light snacks are welcome! There is a soda machine on the premises and drinks are $1.00 each. Feel free to bring a bag lunch for longer classes like SC CWP or Basic Handgun. ALCOHOL is strictly forbidden in all classes.
